目的:探讨脊柱协同线圈临床应用。材料与方法:随机抽样15例脊柱扫描使用相同参数、相同部位,比较两种不同类型线圈。采集的图像质量结果采用配对t检验进行统计学处理。结果:脊柱协同线圈与柔性表面线圈的脊髓与肌肉信噪比提高约42%,两种线圈采集脊髓及肌肉信噪比差异有高度显著性(t=6.57及t=6.04,P<0.01);脊髓、肌肉与背景的对比信噪比差异有高度显著性(t=8.03及t=6.72,P<0.01);脊髓及肌肉对比信噪比提高39.7%及41.2%。结论:使用脊柱协同线圈能显著提高脊柱成像的信噪比,改善图像质量,而且使用方便
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of spinal synergy coil. Materials and Methods: Fifteen spine scans were randomly sampled using the same parameters, the same site, and two different types of coils. The collected image quality results were statistically analyzed using paired t-test. Results: The signal to noise ratio of spinal cord and muscle increased by about 42% in spine synergic coil and flexible surface coil. There was a significant difference in SNR between spinal cord and muscle (t = 6.57 and t = 6.04, P <0.01). The SNR of spinal cord, muscle and background were highly significant (t = 8.03 and t = 6.72, P <0.01). The SNR of spinal cord and muscle increased by 39 .7% and 41.2% respectively. Conclusions: Spinal synergies can significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of spine imaging, improve image quality and be easy to use
