飞机系统地面模拟试验属于大型试验,需要大量的人力、能源和多种辅助设备,试验周期长,为保证试验的工作效率和试验数据的有效性及可靠性,需要设计一套适合飞机系统模拟试验特点的高性能的计算机数据测试系统。该系统软件采用LabVIEW作为开发平台,实现多通道数据的采集、处理与显示,以及数据的存储和对历史数据的回放。并利用NI数据采集卡的同步采集能力,借助LabVIEW提供的底层驱动,通过工控机与PXI总线系统搭建测试系统,实现了多个通道数据采集。结果表明:该系统运行稳定可靠,精确度和快速性都满足要求,达到了预期的设计要求。
