采用肌注庆大霉素（ＧＭ）的同时给药及以大剂量ＧＭ连续注射致聋后给药的方法。结果证实：复聪片及拆方之补肾、益气养血、活血祛瘀药物可明显减轻ＧＭ的耳毒性反应，保护耳蜗听毛细胞，拮抗ＧＭ所致之听阈升高。复聪片及拆方之活血祛瘀药物可促使ＧＭ耳中毒后受损毛细胞形态及功能恢复，有效降低ＧＭ耳中毒豚鼠听阈。
The simultaneous administration of intramuscular injection of gentamicin (GM) and the administration after deafness by continuous injection of large doses of GM were used. The results confirmed: Fucong tablets and the demolition of the kidney, Qi nourishing, blood stasis drugs can significantly reduce the GM ototoxicity, protect the cochlear hair cells, antagonistic GM induced hearing threshold increased. Fucong tablets and the demolition of the blood stasis drugs can promote damaged ear cells after GM ototoxicity morphological and functional recovery, effectively reduce the GM ear poisoning guinea pig hearing threshold.
