本文针对300MW的W型火焰锅炉冷态模型进行研究,利用热线风速仪测量炉内流场速度。得出了不同工况的炉内W型汽流流场图谱以及最佳工况下的风量配比范围,并对不同工况流场的气流速度分布规律和湍流强度分布规律以及炉内气流充满度等进行了分析。最后,本文对冷态W型气流流场进行了数值计算,得出了与试验定性吻合的计算结果。图12表1参5
In this paper, the cold model of 300 MW W-type flame boiler is studied, and the flow velocity in the furnace is measured by the hot wire anemometer. The flow pattern of the W-shaped steam flow in the furnace under different working conditions and the range of the air volume ratio under the best working conditions are obtained.
