目的:探讨C-erbB-2、Nm23和MDR1在原发性乳腺癌中的表达及其与转移和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法(S-P法)检测49例乳腺癌患者手术切除组织中C-erbB-2、Nm23和MDR1的表达,并分析3种基因之间的相关性及其与转移的关系。结果:49例乳腺癌患者中C-erbB-2、MDR1高表达和Nm23低表达的患者转移发生率高(P<0.05)。MDR1的表达与C-erbB-2的表达有相关性(rs=1.00,P<0.05),Nm23与C-erbB-2的表达无相关性(rs=0.80,P>0.05),MDR1的表达与Nm23的表达无相关性(rs=0.80,P>0.05)。C-erbB-2、MDR1同时阳性的患者及C-erbB-2阳性、Nm23阴性的患者转移发生的几率较高,预后较差。结论:C-erbB-2、Nm23和MDR1与乳腺癌转移有关,多个指标联合检测用来估计患者预后指导意义更佳。
Objective: To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2, Nm23 and MDR1 in primary breast cancer and its relationship with metastasis and prognosis. Methods: The expression of C-erbB-2, Nm23 and MDR1 in surgical resection tissue of 49 breast cancer patients was detected by immunohistochemical method (S-P method), and the relationship between the three genes and their relationship with metastasis were analyzed. RESULTS: The metastatic rate of high expression of C-erbB-2, MDR1, and low expression of Nm23 in 49 breast cancer patients was high (P<0.05). There was a correlation between the expression of MDR1 and the expression of C-erbB-2 (rs=1.00, P<0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of Nm23 and C-erbB-2 (rs=0.80, P>0.05). The expression of MDR1 and The expression of Nm23 was not related (rs=0.80, P>0.05). Patients with both C-erbB-2 and MDR1 positive and C-erbB-2 positive and Nm23 negative patients have a higher incidence of metastases and poorer prognosis. CONCLUSIONS: C-erbB-2, Nm23, and MDR1 are involved in the metastasis of breast cancer. Joint detection of several markers is more useful for estimating the prognosis of patients.
