肾小管上皮细胞转分化(EMT)过程广泛存在于胚胎发生和肾纤维化过程中,其调节是一个复杂有序的过程,受多种细胞因子和细胞外基质的调节。促纤维化细胞因子如TGF-β1具有诱导EMT的作用,而抗纤维化细胞因子如骨形成蛋白-7(BMP-7)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)能抑制纤维化过程。
Tubular epithelial cell transdifferentiation (EMT) occurs extensively during embryogenesis and renal fibrosis, and its regulation is a complex and orderly process regulated by various cytokines and extracellular matrix. The pro-fibrotic cytokines such as TGF-β1 have an EMT-inducing role, whereas the anti-fibrotic cytokines such as BMP-7 and HGF inhibit the fibrotic process.
