现代商业环境正发生显著的变化,那就是经济全球化。经济全球化在为企业拓宽更大的发展空间和盈利时机的同时,也使企业陷入日益激烈的市场竞争之中。企业管理者面对经济全球化的环境变革,不得不思考:如何既要为消费者创造价值,同时也能使企业实现价值最大化。正是由于处于激烈的市场竞争中,企业要想生存就必须不断发展壮大。一般情况下,企业一是可通过自身积累得以发展,二是可通过企业间的并购获得发展,相比之下,企业并购方式效率最佳。通过成功并购,企业可以在较短时间内迅速形成经营规模,实现扩张,提高市场占有率,扩大盈利水平,降低经营风险,提高核心竞争能力。
The modern business environment is undergoing significant changes, that is, economic globalization. While economic globalization broadens the space for development and profit opportunities for enterprises, it also plunges the enterprises into increasingly fierce market competition. Business managers face the economic globalization of environmental change, have to think about how to both create value for consumers, but also enable enterprises to maximize the value. It is precisely because of the fierce market competition, companies must survive in order to continue to grow and develop. Under normal circumstances, a business can develop through its own accumulation, the second is through mergers and acquisitions between enterprises to obtain development, by contrast, the most efficient way of mergers and acquisitions. Through successful mergers and acquisitions, enterprises can quickly form the scale of operation in a relatively short period of time, achieve expansion, increase market share, expand profitability, reduce operational risk and enhance their core competitiveness.
