本文探讨伸缩臂装运机变幅机构的优化设计方法。建立以整机性能指标为约束条件的优化设计数学模型,应用正交设计计算法,得到机构关于驱动力臂均值最大与系统压力波动幅值最小的优化定解。
This article discusses the optimal design method of luffing mechanism of telescopic handler. The optimization design mathematical model with the complete machine performance index as the constraint condition is established. The orthogonal design method is used to obtain the optimal solution of the mechanism with the largest mean value of the driving arm and the smallest amplitude of the system pressure fluctuation.
