近年来,越来越多的企业通过提升组织即兴运作水平来改善组织战略能力和获取竞争优势。本文以社会网络和组织学习理论为基础,构建出一个组织即兴形成机制的概念模型,以各类具有即兴运作经验的企业为研究对象,分析了企业社会网络、组织学习与组织即兴之间的形成机制。本文的研究结论拓展了组织即兴的现有理论,并为进一步研究组织即兴相关主题研究提供了理论基础,对企业提升组织即兴能力也具有一定的指导意义。
In recent years, more and more enterprises improve their strategic capabilities and gain competitive advantages by improving the level of improvisation of their organizations. Based on the social network and organizational learning theory, this paper constructs a conceptual model of impromptu organizational mechanism and takes all types of enterprises with impromptu operational experience as the research object, analyzes the formation of corporate social networks, organizational learning and organizational impromptu mechanism. The conclusion of this paper extends the existing theory of improvisation of organizations and provides a theoretical basis for further studying the research on improvisation related to organizations and also has some guiding significance for enterprises to improve their improvisational ability.
