本文提出了一种新型对称水平底钢岔管,并研究了相应的设计理论和方法。该岔管在保持传统钢岔管优点的基础上,保证各管节的管底在同一高程,使其在高压管道检修时可以自流排水,不需要采用水泵抽水或在钢岔管上留孔并接专用排水系统,可大大缩短排水时间,增加检修的有效工时。结合某工程实例,通过有限元方法与月牙肋钢岔管进行对比分析,结果表明,新型水平底钢岔管体形匀称,加工简单,水力特性良好,受力合理,采用地下埋管布置时开挖断面较小,经济性好,可以在实际工程中推广应用。
This paper presents a new type of symmetrical horizontal steel bifurcation pipe, and studies the corresponding design theory and method. The bifurcation pipe maintains the advantages of the traditional steel bifurcation pipe and ensures that the pipe bottoms of the pipe sections are at the same elevation so that the bifurcating pipe can drain water by itself when the high-pressure pipeline is overhauled. The results show that the new horizontal bottom steel bifurcated pipe has a well-proportioned body shape, simple processing, good hydraulic characteristics and reasonable force. Excavation of the bifurcated steel pipe is carried out by using the finite element method. Small cross-section, good economy, can be popularized and applied in practical projects.
