冷挤压法生产手表表壳是一种新型的生产工艺,但通常用于生产手表表壳的18——8型不锈钢粘性大、冷加工硬化相当敏感,难以加工成型。为提高冷挤压表壳用材的挤压、切削加工性能,江苏冶金研究所与南京钟表材料厂于1980年共同承担了轻工业部下达的研制冷挤压表壳用易切削不锈钢新钢种的科研任务。三年来,通过实验室试验以及两次现场工艺试验,证明江苏省冶金研究所研制的YOCr12Ni12CuS及YOCr12Ni12MoS两种易切削不锈钢
Cold extrusion production of watch case is a new type of production process, but usually used in the production of watch case 18-8 stainless steel viscosity, cold work hardening is quite sensitive, it is difficult to process molding. In order to improve extrusion and cutting performance of cold extrusion case material, Jiangsu Metallurgical Research Institute and Nanjing Watch Material Factory shared the research and development of new type of easy-cutting stainless steel for cold-crusting case made by Ministry of Light Industry in 1980 task. Three years, through laboratory tests and two on-site technology trials to prove that Jiangsu Institute of Metallurgical Research developed YOCr12Ni12CuS and YOCr12Ni12MoS two free-cutting stainless steel
