为了研究静电偏转摄象管的电子束系统的特性,提出用分离变量法来计算具有扭向的多折箭型花偏转系统的偏转场。该场尽管是三维场,只要用 HITAC-M2000H 型计算机,一分钟内就能算完2000个点的场值,准确度可达10~(-3),并能给出偏转场的分布。此外,可在磁聚焦静电偏转(MS)系统中分析电子束的偏转象差。我们发现,只需用非均匀磁场就可实现 MS 束系统的良好性能,从而可见偏转象差和着靶误差强烈地依从于花偏转系统的扭向。
In order to study the characteristics of the electron beam system of electrostatic deflection tube, the deflection field of multi-folded arrow-type deflecting system with torsion is calculated by the method of separating variables. Even though the field is a three-dimensional field, the field value of 2000 points can be calculated within one minute with the accuracy of 10-3 as long as the HITAC-M2000H type computer can be used, and the distribution of the deflection field can be given. In addition, the deflection aberration of the electron beam can be analyzed in a magnetically focused electrostatic deflection (MS) system. We found that good performance of the MS beam system was achieved with a non-uniform magnetic field, so that the deflection aberrations and the target errors were strongly dependent on the twist of the deflecting system.
