As we all know, French and Chinese are two completely different languages, the former is the alphabetic language, the latter is the ideographic language. According to the linguistic typology proposed by Talmy (1991, 2000), French and Chinese belong to two linguistic systems. The two languages have obvious type differences, which are reflected in the aspects of space, timeliness and causality. It is these differences in language types that have become a barrier for Chinese students to learn French, especially the acquisition of the spatial relationship of French-displacing verbs. We compare the differences between the two languages by comparing the different spatial information expressed in these two languages Spatial orientation and direction-oriented basic lattice (the concept proposed by JohnAnderson 1971; 1977) to better understand the Chinese students in the spatial cognition of dislocation of the verb in the difficulty, and find its influencing factors.
