目的:通过模拟口腔致龋条件,借助扫描电镜及偏光显微镜的观察,以探索氟保护漆抑制离体牙釉质龋的效果,比较2种浓度氟保护漆在预防牙釉质龋方面是否存在差异性。方法:选取20颗清洁好的无龋的左上第1前磨牙,随机分为A、B、C、D4组,每组5颗。A、B组为实验组(0.1%氟保护漆组和0.5%氟保护漆组),C组为阳性对照组(0.2%氟化钠组),D组为空白对照组(去离子水组),通过扫描电镜及偏光显微镜观察氟保护漆防龋效果及比较2种浓度氟保护漆抗龋效果的差别。结果:A、B组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);而A、B组与C、D组之间存在极显著性差异(P<0.0001);C、D组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:氟保护漆抑制离体牙釉质龋优于阳性对照组和空白对照组,且2种浓度氟保护漆对抑制离体牙釉质龋效果无显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of fluoride-protective paint on enamel caries inhibition in vitro by simulating oral cariogenic conditions and observing by scanning electron microscopy and polarizing microscope. To compare the differences of the two kinds of fluoride protective varnish in preventing enamel caries. Methods: Twenty clean caries-free upper left first premolar teeth were selected and randomly divided into groups A, B, C and D4, with 5 in each group. A, B group as experimental group (0.1% fluoride protective paint group and 0.5% fluoride protective paint group), C group as positive control group (0.2% sodium fluoride group), D group as blank control group (deionized water group) , The scanning electron microscope and polarizing microscope were used to observe the effect of fluorine-protective paint on the caries prevention and to compare the effect of the two kinds of fluorine-protective paint on the caries prevention effect. Results: There was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference between group A and group B (P <0.0001), group C and group D Difference (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Fluoride-protective paint is superior to the positive control group and blank control in inhibiting enamel caries in vitro, and there is no significant difference between the two concentrations of fluorinated paint in inhibiting enamel caries in vitro.
