本文在给出双动拉延压力机外滑块位移方程的基础上,建立了外滑块串接四连杆机构优化设计的数学模型,在屯子计算机上进行了优化计算,获得了最优设计参数,相应的外滑块位移波动量比手工设计降低56.9%。为这类机构的优化设计提供了有效的方法。
In this paper, based on the displacement equation of the outer slider of double-action drawing press, the mathematical model of the optimal design of the outer-slider tandem four-bar linkage was established. The optimal design was obtained on the computer of Tuenzi and the optimal design was obtained The corresponding displacement of the outer slider is 56.9% lower than the manual design. It provides an effective method for the optimization design of such institutions.
