采用核磁共振技术对烷基糖苷（APG）的结构进行了表征，依据1H、13C谱积分值计算了APG的低聚度（DP值），用13C谱积分方法求出了糖苷α-和β-之比，并对二步法合成APG中残留丁苷进行了定量测定。
The structure of alkyl glucoside (APG) was characterized by 1H NMR. The oligomerization degree (DP) of APG was calculated according to 1H and 13C spectral integral values. The 13C spectral integral method was used to determine the content of glucosidic α- and β- Ratio, and the two-step method for the synthesis of residual APG residues were quantitatively determined.
