目的探讨食管癌患者放化疗期间实施综合心理护理干预的效果。方法选取2011年4月至2015年11月间保定市第二医院行放化疗治疗的80例食管癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为综合心理护理组(40例)和常规护理组(40例)。综合心理护理组患者在放化疗期间实施综合心理护理干预,常规护理组患者采用一般护理模式进行护理。对两组患者在放化疗期间的不良反应发生情况、护理满意度和护理前后的生活质量改善情况进行对比分析。结果综合心理护理组患者放化疗期间各不良反应发生率均明显低于常规护理组患者,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);综合心理护理组患者护理满意度为85.0%,明显高于常规护理组的65.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组患者的生活质量较护理前均得到了明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且综合心理护理组患者改善情况明显优于常规护理组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者放化疗期间实施综合心理护理干预,能有效减少不良反应发生,提高患者对护理的满意度,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention during esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods Eighty esophageal cancer patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the Second Hospital of Baoding between April 2011 and November 2015 were randomly divided into general nursing group (40 cases) and routine nursing group (40 cases ). Comprehensive psychological care group patients during the implementation of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention, routine care group patients with general nursing mode of care. The incidence of adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction and quality of life before and after care were compared between the two groups during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results The incidence of adverse reactions during radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the comprehensive psychotherapy group was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group (all P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the comprehensive psychotherapy group was 85.0% (P <0.05). The quality of life of the two groups after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant , And the improvement of patients in comprehensive psychological nursing group was obviously better than that of routine nursing group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The comprehensive psychological nursing intervention during esophageal cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve patient satisfaction with nursing and improve patients’ quality of life.
