水能计算是水电站运行调度与管理的核心,尤其是在水电站实际优化调度中,为寻求最合理的调度运行方案,水能计算要求更加准确。针对目前水能计算通常采用直接计算方法偏差很大且往往导致不合理决策的问题,以出力系数由定值转化为受调度决策变量影响的动态值为目标,在分析出力系数影响因素的基础上,根据水电站历史运行资料建立模型函数以模拟水电站单机出力系数,进而给出水电站综合出力系数的计算方法,并以龙江水电站为例进行了运算,结果表明该方法计算的出力系数趋势稳定,性能可靠,精度较高。
