Economist Schultz put forward the theory of human capital in 1960, and he demonstrated that human capital is an objective reality. Many things that were originally considered as consumption are investments in human capital. Such investments include, first, health care and healthcare; second, on-the-job staff training; third, formal education; and fourth, relocation. Schultz made it clear that a significant increase in the average wage of workers, mostly from the human capital investment. Another one by
