目的 :测定变形链球菌MT6R菌株 (血清型c)表面蛋白P1在钙溶液中对唾液包被的羟磷灰石 (S HA)的粘附量 ,探讨钙对蛋白P1粘附的影响。方法 :将变形链球菌MT6R菌株 (血清型c)表面蛋白P1经13 1碘标记 ,分别测定其在钙浓度为 0、0 1、0 2 5、0 5、1 0、1 5以及 2 0mmol L的溶液中标记物13 1碘 -蛋白P1对唾液包被的羟磷灰石(S HA)的粘附量。结果 :13 1碘 -蛋白P1在不同钙离子浓度的溶液中粘附量不同 (P <0 0 1) ,当钙浓度从 0 1mmol L增加到 1 0mmol L时 ,蛋白P1在S HA上粘附量迅速提高 ;当钙浓度在 1 0~ 2 0mmol L时 ,蛋白P1粘附量增加不明显。结论 :钙参与了变形链球菌MT6R(血清型c)表面蛋白P1对S HA的粘附 ,且钙离子介导的粘附能力具有饱和性
OBJECTIVE: To determine the adherence of surface protein P1 of Streptococcus mutans MT6R strain (serotype c) to saliva-coated hydroxyapatite (S HA) in calcium solution and to explore the effect of calcium on the adhesion of protein P1. Methods: The surface protein P1 of Streptococcus mutans MT6R strain (serotype c) was labeled with 13 1 iodine, and its protein concentration was determined at 0,0 1,0 2 5,0 5,1 0,1 5 and 20 mmol L Of labeled substance 13 1 iodine-protein P1 to saliva-coated hydroxyapatite (S HA). Results: The amount of iodine - protein P1 in the solution with different concentration of calcium ion was different (P <0.01). When the concentration of calcium increased from 0 mmol to 10 mmol L, protein P1 adhered on the surface of S HA The amount of protein P1 increased rapidly; when the calcium concentration was 10 ~ 20 mmol L, the increase of protein P1 was not obvious. CONCLUSIONS: Calcium participates in the adhesion of S. mutans surface protein P1 to S HA and has a satiety of calcium-mediated adhesion
