在车床上加工外螺纹,经常采用直槽式、拨杆式等套丝工具,但存在入扣困难等缺点,因而设计制造了螺旋式套丝工具,如图示。其螺旋槽为左旋,导程为160～200毫米。莫氏锥柄装在尾座套筒内,套筒装在套杆上,以导向螺钉拨在螺旋槽内,套筒可在套杆上沿螺旋槽的旋向旋转滑移。板牙装在套筒的板牙孔中,以紧定螺钉紧固。其工具的优点:(1)由于螺旋槽的作用,在套丝时,产生沿直径的切向分力和沿轴线方向的轴向分力。由于轴向力的作用,使莫氏锥柄
