系统输电走廊或电网结构遭到严重破坏时常导致大停电事故发生。文中针对北京电网的具体特点 ,对上述两类严重故障下的华北电网 ,特别是京津唐地区进行了详细的仿真研究 ,给出了相应的恢复措施 ,并对电网的实际运行和研究工作提出了一些建议。仿真中发电机采用详细模型 ,考虑调速器和励磁调节器 ,采用动态负荷模型 ,计及低频减载和低压减载以及发电机的低频和高频解列、线路的振荡解列等安全稳定装置的动作。
System power corridors or serious damage to the grid structure often lead to blackouts.
