本文观察了250例无精症患者睾丸生殖病理变化,最易累及的部位是曲细精管生精上皮(249/250,99.6%),其次为间质上皮(79.6%)及曲细精管基底膜(69.6%),并探讨了无精症时睾丸病变的机理。本研究对诊断、治疗男性不育症提供了可靠的理论依据。
In this paper, we observed the reproductive pathological changes of testes in 250 cases of azoospermia. The most vulnerable sites were seminiferous tubule seminiferous epithelium (249 / 250,99.6%), followed by interstitial epithelium (79.6%) and seminiferous tubules Basement membrane (69.6%), and to explore the mechanism of testicular lesions in azoospermia. This study provides a reliable theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.
