目的:观察沙参麦冬汤(SM)对肺间质纤维化(PF)模型大鼠的影响。方法:大鼠气管内注射平阳霉素复制PF模型后分为模型对照组、SM组、醋酸泼尼松片(PA)对照组,设空白对照组。连续灌胃28d。检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)及透明质酸(HA)含量的动态变化。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型对照组动物同期血清SOD活性降低,而MDA、LN、HA升高,并有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,SM组动物血清MDA、LN、HA含量均不同程度减少,而血清SOD活性增加(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤对PF模型动物的氧自由基损伤有不同程度的干预作用,并能降低其血清LN、HA含量,改善ECM代谢。
Objective: To observe the effect of Radix Scutellariae Radix Ophiopogonis (SM) on rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis (PF). Methods: Rats were injected with Pingyangmycin PF model intratracheally and then divided into model control group, SM group, prednisone acetate (PA) control group and blank control group. Continuous gavage 28d. The changes of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), laminin (LN) and hyaluronic acid (HA) were detected. Results: Compared with the blank control group, serum SOD activity, MDA, LN and HA in the model control group were significantly increased at the same period (P <0.05). Compared with the model control group, serum MDA , LN, HA decreased in varying degrees, while serum SOD activity increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Radix Scutellariae Radix Ophiopogonis decoction has different degree of intervention on oxygen free radical injury in PF model animals, and can reduce the content of serum LN and HA and improve the metabolism of ECM.
