传统的水封式排水器排水效果好,但抗风险能力小,煤气一旦泄漏危险性很大。泄漏煤气的原因是排水口低,从排水口漏出的煤气易聚积在地面。在对煤气管道工作状况和煤气泄漏原因以及不同排水器的特点进行了全面的分析和研究后,总结了煤气在水封排水器内的运动规律,提出了排水器的关键技术要点。开发应用了新型的安全型排水器。安全型排水器不是采用“封堵”的思路。而是采用“疏导”和警示的思路,将“气水分流”技术与声音报警、视觉警示、自动补水功能组合在排水器上,以及进水管结构的改进,使水封排水器更加安全、节能和环保。
