以具心血管活性的异喹啉生物碱为先导物,设计合成了10个未见文献报道的1(4酰氧基苄基)四氢异喹啉类化合物,结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱确证。
In this paper, 10 novel 4-acyloxybenzyl tetrahydroisoquinolines have been designed and synthesized without isolating the cardiovascular activity of isoquinoline alkaloids. The structures were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared Spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry confirmed.
