任何产品设计总会遇到各种随机的参数。这时,用传统设计方法不是使设计结果偏于保守,便是降低了成品的合格率或可靠性等。只有统计设计法才能科学地处理这些随机参数,它是达到合理设计的有效方法。这种方法在国外已应用得十分广泛;在国内则只看到过零星的应用,亦未见有系统的介绍。不少设计师都感到生疏。本刊从本期起将连续发表楼宇希同志的《统计设计法许座》,对这种方法作系统而又浅显的介绍,以冀对设计师们有所帮助。讲座共分六讲,包括:基本知识;概率设计法(分两讲);蒙特卡罗法;应用实例;评逆和展望。本刊拟分三期刊登。
Any product design will encounter a variety of random parameters. At this time, the traditional design method is not to bias the design results are conservative, is to reduce the finished product pass rate or reliability. The lecture is divided into six parts, including: basic knowledge; probability design method (divided into two parts); Monte Carlo method; application example; evaluation and prediction. This issue is to be published in three phases.
