采用理论、试验和仿真分析相结合的研究方法,对轻型高机动越野汽车转向梯形机构进行了系统分析,从不同的转向梯形角对侧滑、机动性、最小转弯半径和操纵稳定性等几个方面的影响,进行了探讨研究。最终得到的结论是加大转向梯形角方案能够有效减小汽车最小转弯半径,从而提高汽车机动性能;能够使汽车具有更快、更灵敏的转向响应。该结论通过车辆30000 km的耐久性试验验证。该研究结论可以为其它类型汽车匹配设计提供参考依据。
By using the research methods of theory, experiment and simulation analysis, the steering trapezoidal mechanism of light high-mobility off-road vehicle was systematically analyzed. From several aspects of steering trapezoidal angle to side slip, maneuverability, minimum turning radius and steering stability The impact of the study was studied. The final conclusion is that increasing steering trapezoidal angle scheme can effectively reduce the minimum turning radius of the car, thereby improving automotive maneuverability; can make the car have a faster and more sensitive steering response. This conclusion is verified by the durability test of a vehicle of 30000 km. The conclusions of this study can provide a reference for other types of vehicle matching design.
