本文简要地叙述了国内外高温高弹性合金的特性和用途。介绍了用于600℃于的高温镍基高弹性合金的研究,推荐用NiCr10Co13Mo4W6Ti或NiCr13Co13Mo5.5W6Ti合金制做弹性元件,可以满足高温(600℃)使用的要求。这两个合金在高温(600℃)时,弹性和机械性能达到:E=18200~18500公斤/毫米~2,σ=136~153公斤/毫米~2,δ=2~5%,β_E=22~28×10~(-5)/℃。还介绍了冷变形率和时效温度对合金高温弹性及机械性能的影响的研究。 本合金已用作彩色电视机显象管的支撑弹簧片,效果良好。并试用于汽车转子发动机的刮片弹簧,效果也较好。制成螺旋形弹簧在600℃下经过压缩试验,合金的最小相对位移变化为0.38%。
This article briefly describes the characteristics and uses of high temperature and high elasticity alloys at home and abroad. This paper introduces the research of high temperature nickel base high elastic alloy at 600 ℃. It is recommended to use NiCr10Co13Mo4W6Ti or NiCr13Co13Mo5.5W6Ti alloy as the elastic element to meet the requirement of high temperature (600 ℃). The elastic and mechanical properties of the two alloys at elevated temperatures (600 ° C) are: E = 18,200 to 18,500 kg / mm2, σ = 136 to 153 kg / mm2, δ = 2 to 5%, and β_E = 22 ~ 28 × 10 ~ (-5) / ℃.
