从制备方法及梯度材料的性能两方面,阐述了目前玻璃-氧化铝功能梯度材料的研究进展。目前主要有三种制备方法:熔渗法,等离子喷涂法以及层合速凝快速成型技术。熔渗法是基于自然传质的方法,即将熔融玻璃渗透到多晶氧化铝基体上。而等离子喷涂是添加式工艺,因为梯度材料的外形是逐层叠加起来的。层合速凝快速成型方法与等离子喷涂一样属于添加式工艺,但是成本比等离子喷涂低,产品性能好,具有较好的推广及应用价值。
From the aspects of preparation method and properties of gradient materials, the research progress of glass-alumina functionally graded materials is described. At present, there are mainly three kinds of preparation methods: infiltration method, plasma spraying method and quick-setting technique of lamination quick-setting. Infiltration method is based on natural mass transfer method, that is, infiltration of molten glass to the polycrystalline alumina matrix. Plasma spraying is an additive process because the gradient material’s shape is added layer by layer. Laminating rapid solidification rapid forming method is the same as the plasma spraying additive process, but the cost is lower than the plasma spraying, product performance, with good promotion and application value.
