工资是贯穿劳动关系的最重要轴线,将劳动者、企业和政府联结在一起。实践中发生的劳动争议大都与工资相关,而解决这些争议的重要基础是了解工资的特征,否则难以取得预期良好效果,但既有研究对工资特征缺乏充分的探索。本文结合劳动关系的三方主体,分别以劳动者、企业和政府探讨工资的市场性、社会性和期待性特征,通过分析强调市场交换、关系维护和持续发展的不同作用,通过分析得出结论:明确工资的三种特征,从而能够倡导劳资双方遵循市场规范与社会规范,并基于合理期待构建互信、和谐的关系,从而促进劳资双方与社会的协同发展。
Wages are the most important axis that runs through labor relations, linking workers, businesses and government together. Labor disputes in practice are mostly related to wages. An important basis for solving these disputes is to understand the characteristics of wages, otherwise it is difficult to obtain the expected good results. However, the existing research lacks adequate exploration of wage characteristics. By analyzing the market, social and expectancy characteristics of the wage by the laborer, the enterprise and the government separately, this article analyzes the different roles of market exchange, relationship maintenance and sustainable development, and draws the conclusion through analysis: The three characteristics of wages should be clarified so that both employers and employees can follow market norms and social norms and build a relationship of mutual trust and harmony based on reasonable expectations so as to promote the coordinated development of both employers and employees.
