小麦根际联合固氮菌是一种新型的微生物增产剂,它具有固定空气中分子态氮、供给小麦氮素营养、产生生物活性物质、转化土壤缓效养分的特点和作用。1986年庆阳地区农科所从河北省科学院引进该菌剂,后由省科委立项开展应用试验研究,1991年项目通过省科委组织的鉴定验收。我所在本区几年的试验示范认为,菌剂有较强的适宜范围,特别是在中等或偏低肥力土壤施用效果较佳,其主要优点是:1.一般亩用0.5kg菌剂拌种,可使小麦增产11.5%以上;2.与氮磷化肥配合施用,更具较好的效益。既降低了化肥投入成本,又减少了环境污染,同时提高了土壤肥力,增加了小麦产量。亩用0.5kg拌种相当于4.4~8.7kg尿素的效果;亩用0.5kg菌
