以肽酸丁脂和硝酸镧为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法、浸渍提拉法制备了一种La3+掺杂TiO2的新型光催化剂。应用于难降解的选矿捕收剂2-羟基-3-萘甲羟肟酸(H205)。研究了La3+掺杂量、pH、循环使用对光催化活性的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外变换光谱(FTIR)分析技术对新型光催化剂进行表征。结果表明:La3+掺杂TiO2能够显著提高光催化活性。H205溶液的初始浓度30 mg/L,以0.5%La3+掺杂TiO2溶胶,镀膜5次后经600℃焙烧的新型光催化剂在紫外光下进行光催化降解3 h,降解率为84.69%;而不掺杂La3+的降解率只有70.02%。该光催化剂可循环利用,重复使用10次后,降解率略有下降。
A new type of La3 + -doped TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and impregnation-pulling method using peptidoglycan and lanthanum nitrate as raw materials. Applied to refractory beneficiation collector 2-hydroxy-3 - naphthyl hydroxamic acid (H205). The effects of La 3 + dosage, pH and recycling on photocatalytic activity were studied. The novel photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results show that La3 + doped TiO2 can significantly improve the photocatalytic activity. The initial concentration of H205 solution was 30 mg / L, doped with 0.5% La3 + doped TiO2 sol, and the new photocatalyst calcined at 600 ℃ for 5 h after photocatalytic degradation was degraded at 84.69% for 3 h. The degradation rate of doped La3 + is only 70.02%. The photocatalyst can be recycled, the re-use of 10 times, the degradation rate decreased slightly.
