本文介绍了以中间点微过热蒸汽的焓值作为直流炉燃水比较正信号的给水自动调节系统。该系统是用TP-I智能数字仪和MC·通用工控机构成的,有效地解决了捷克650t/h直流中间点后移、启动容器满水运行情况下的给水调节问题。实践表明,该系统调节品质高,适应负荷变化能力强,完全满足了机组运行的要求。
This paper introduces the intermediate point of superheated steam enthalpy as the DC boiler water than the signal of automatic water supply regulation system. The system is made of TP-I intelligent digital instrument and MC · IPC. It effectively solves the problem of water supply regulation in the Czech Republic when the midpoint of 650t / h DC is shifted backward and the container is full of water. Practice shows that the system has high quality and adaptability to changes in load and completely meets the requirements of unit operation.
