目的: 观察平脂胶囊对动物血脂和血粘等指标的影响. 方法: 采用高血脂模型,按照酶学、组织化学及直接测压等方法测定血脂、组织中脂质、血液流变、血压等指标. 结果:①0.4 g/kg, 0.8 g/kg 平脂胶囊使高血脂小鼠体质量、肝脏系数、肝组织胆固醇(TC)和血清TC显著降低(P< 0.01); ②对高血压-高血脂大鼠体质量和心脏、主动脉、肝脏系数;血清TC、甘油三脂(TG),主动脉、心肌、肝脏组织中TC, TG以及全血粘度(高、低切)、血浆粘度和全血比粘度均显著降低(P< 0.01);显著升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C) (P<0.01). 结论: 平脂胶囊对实验性高血脂小鼠和高血压-高血脂大鼠的血脂、血粘、血压和组织中脂质(TC, TG)均有明显降低作用.
1. Objective : To observe the effect of Pingzhi capsule on blood fat and blood viscosity of animals. METHODS: Hyperlipidemia model was used to measure lipids, tissue lipids, blood rheology, and blood pressure according to enzymology, histochemistry and direct manometry. RESULTS: The body weight, liver coefficient, liver tissue cholesterol (TC) and serum TC of mice with high cholesterol were significantly reduced by 10.4 g/kg and 0.8 g/kg Pingzhi capsules (P<0.01); Hypertension - Hyperlipidemic rat body weight and heart, aorta, liver coefficient; serum TC, triglyceride (TG), aortic, myocardium, liver tissue TC, TG and whole blood viscosity (high, low cut), The plasma viscosity and specific viscosity of whole blood were significantly decreased (P<0.01); serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Pingzhi Capsules can significantly reduce blood lipid, blood viscosity, blood pressure and lipids (TC, TG) in experimental hyperlipidemia mice and hypertensive-hyperlipidemic rats.
