一、概述液压凿岩机是七十年代初发展起来的凿岩设备,具有效率高,凿速快、寿命长、噪声低和易于实现自动控制等许多优点,不失为矿山开拓的有力工具。但是,目前液压凿岩机都由工人在作业面操作,不仅环境恶劣、劳动强度大,而且要由人工根据岩石性质调整机器的工作参数,难以达到凿孔速度最优。为此,我们研究设计了一套由微机控制的液压凿岩系统。该系统能自动控制凿岩机在其导轨上前后运动,能针对不同性质的岩石实现自动寻优最佳轴推力,同时,还能有效地防止卡钎现象的发生。
I. Introduction Hydraulic rock drill is a rock drilling equipment developed in the early 1970s. It has many advantages such as high efficiency, fast chisel, long life, low noise and easy automatic control. It is a powerful tool for mine exploration. However, at present, hydraulic rock drills are operated by the workers on the work surface. Not only the environment is harsh and the labor intensity is large, but also the working parameters of the machine are adjusted manually according to the rock properties, so that it is difficult to achieve the optimum drilling speed. To this end, we study and design a set of computer-controlled hydraulic rock drilling system. The system can automatically control the rock drill to move forward and backward on its guide rail, and can automatically optimize the optimal axial thrust for rocks with different properties. Meanwhile, the system can effectively prevent the occurrence of the brazing phenomenon.
