新闻,是“对新近发生的有意义的事实的报道”。但有些已经过去的事实,只要能从中找出让受众关心、感兴趣的事,那些“旧闻”同样具有新闻价值。有些事件过去了几年、几十年才予以报道,仍成为令受众动心的热点新闻、抢手新闻。这样的报道在当今的报刊上并不鲜见。这说明,新闻的“新鲜性”不单指时间上的新,还包括内容上的新。同样,在人大宣传工作中,巧妙地利用“旧闻”写新闻,也可以增加稿件的信息含量和可读性,收到良好的宣传效果,而且这样的稿件往往容易得到编辑的青睐,命中率较高。那么,如何利用“旧闻”写新闻呢?
