互联网广告的成长不仅需要内部的强力驱动,其外部环境如若得不到逐步完善,随时可能成为制约互联网广告快速发展的硬伤。作为台湾资深的互联网产业界人士,张志弘在谈到互联网广告的外部环境时,也表示出对互联网广告行业秩序的担忧:“互联网广告环境现在变得相对复杂许多,除了一般性的数字媒体策划之外,网络公关、口碑营销、社交媒体、网络视频、搜索营销、效果营销等各自分门别类,各自形成一个规模产业,触角延伸得非常广泛,但许多个别产业还缺乏一般性的行业规范和标准。”张志弘一语道出对互联网广告外部环境的希冀与无奈,外部环境的不规范,或许是广告公司依赖自身与市场,在短时间内所不能解决的。
