这次中国老科协服务“三农”工作经验交流会,是中国老科协继辽宁沈阳和江西南昌之后召开的第三次全国性服务“三农”工作经验交流会,也是中国老科协2011年的一次重要会议。在开幕式上,云南省人民政府赵慧侠副秘书长代表省政府做了重要讲话。宋树友副会长代表中国老科协做了《顺应新形势,开创新局面,做出新贡献》的主题报告,
The China Association of Science and Technology for Old-age Science and Technology Association for Experience Sharing on Work Experience in Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers is the third nationwide service exchange meeting on experiences in agriculture, rural areas and farmers held after Shenyang, Liaoning and Nanchang, Jiangxi Province China Association of Science and Technology in 2011 an important meeting. At the opening ceremony, Deputy Secretary-General Zhao Huixia of Yunnan Provincial People's Government made an important speech on behalf of the provincial government.
