为解决工程机械产品造型缺乏品牌文化特色的问题,分析了工程机械的技术功能与产品造型特征的关联性,探讨了工程机械产品构件的造型可塑性和设计目标,提出基于品牌的工程机械造型特征设计方法。以挖掘机造型设计为例,在对竞争产品的品牌文化和产品设计理念的对比分析基础上,确定产品造型特征语义主题,采用产品语义学方法开展造型特征设计,获取了具有造型特征的设计方案,提高了工程机械产品的开发效率,验证了设计方法的合理性和可行性。
In order to solve the problem of lack of brand culture characteristics of engineering machinery products, this paper analyzes the correlation between the technical functions and product modeling features of construction machinery, discusses the modeling plasticity and design goals of engineering machinery product components, and puts forward the brand-based design features of construction machinery modeling method.
