目前,新一轮基础教育课程改革,是一次教学观念与教学方法的大变革,对教师提出了更高的要求:教师除具有高尚的职业道德、良好的心理素质、扎实的专业知识和较强的动手能力外,还应具有从事本学科教育、教学研究,运用确切的语言文字表述自己教学经验、研究成果的能力。近几年,由于中学生物学这门课不再列入中考成绩,广大师生存在敷衍应付的现象,导致教学质量下降、教师队伍不稳定。为解决这些问题,笔者开展了中学生物现状与对策的研究,旨在通过具体的研究,探索出提高中学
