从学校实行人本管理的需要入手,结合人的个性化与社会化辩证关系理论,首先对3+2学生这一群体的特点进行研究的重要性做了论述。然后以杭州科技职业技术学院工商学院为例,归纳性地阐述了3+2学生的行为表现及个性特征,并进行了成因分析。最后概括指出:为适应时代发展,高职院校必须重视对学生个性特征和行为特点的分析与研究,必须有针对性地改革、完善与之对应的学生管理体系。
Starting with the need of humanistic management in schools and combining the theory of personalization and social dialectics, this paper first discusses the importance of studying the characteristics of 3 + 2 students in this group. Then taking Hangzhou Polytechnic Institute of Technology as an example, this paper summarizes the behavior and personality characteristics of 3 + 2 students, and analyzes the causes. Finally, it is concluded that in order to adapt to the development of the times, higher vocational colleges must pay attention to the analysis and research on the personality characteristics and behavior characteristics of students. It is necessary to reform and perfect the student management system correspondingly.
