学校德育工作着力于培养和激发学生“对自己发展的自觉意识和能动作用”;注重发现人的价值,发掘潜能,发展个性,提高素质;让学生在学校生活的全过程中始终处于主体地位,以造就他们的主体意识和主体精神。人文环境是学生成长过程中最重要的制约因素,学校教师群体是重要的人文环境要素。在德育工作中,要坚持德育工作的基础性、民主性、开放性、实践性和操作性等原则,抓住学生的“生长点”,开展好诸系列教育活动。
