课堂教学交往的类型可分为知识型、潜能型和人格型,各类型往往陷入不同程度的情感误区,严重影响了课堂教学质量与学生综合素质的提高。因而,引导教师不断提升以情感为基础的课堂交往的境界,走出交往情感的误区成为孟万金教授“人本特教”特别关注的内容。具体策略包括:奉献与关爱是唤起师生交往真情实感的前提;宽容与接纳是保证师生交往情感公平的基础;理解与对话是沟通师生交往情感交流的核心;点拨与引导是促进师生交往情感深入的途径。
The types of classroom teaching interaction can be divided into knowledge type, potential type and personality type.
