目的分析任务式教学法在提高专科生护理操作技能和教学满意度中的应用效果。方法选择120名自愿参与本次研究并即将实习的护理专科生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组各60名,对照组学生采取常规教学方法,观察组则实施任务式教学法,对比两组教学效果,并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,观察组理论考试成绩更优,技能操作能力更高,且教学满意度更高,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理专业教学中,任务式教学法有利于增强学生直观认知能力以及解决专业问题的能力,其护理实操技能水平进一步提升,基础理论知识储备也更为充实,教学满意度也随之提升。
Objective To analyze the application effect of task-based pedagogy in improving nursing skills and teaching satisfaction of college students. Methods A total of 120 nursing students who volunteered to participate in this study and were going to be internship candidates were selected as research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were equally divided into control group and observation group with 60 students each. The control group of students took the conventional teaching method while the observation group The implementation of the task-based teaching method, comparing the two groups of teaching effectiveness, and the data related to the results for statistical analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better results in theory test, higher skills operation ability, higher teaching satisfaction and significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion In pedagogical teaching, task-based pedagogy is helpful to enhance students’ ability of visual cognition and professional problem solving. The level of nursing practical skills is further improved, and the reserve of basic theoretical knowledge is more fulfilled, so is the teaching satisfaction Enhance.
