光致荧光痕迹物证检验中背景噪声的干扰成为这一技术的难题 ,采用分光技术和窄波段滤波可使背景荧光得到部分抑制 ,但都是以损失信号强度为代价。利用荧光寿命即将信号和背景的发光时间人为的进行改变 ,控制痕迹荧光和背景荧光的发光时间的长短 ,利用两者发光时间差成象 ,可有效地将背景光抑制而加强反差。
The interference of background noise in the photofluoroscopic evidence test becomes a challenge for this technology. The use of spectroscopic techniques and narrow-band filtering can partially suppress the background fluorescence, but at the expense of loss of signal intensity. The use of fluorescence life is about the signal and the background of the light-emitting time artificially changes, control the fluorescence fluorescence and background fluorescence of the length of time, the use of both time difference imaging, can effectively suppress the background light to enhance contrast.
