目的:考察两种除杂方法对九分散水提液除杂效果的影响,确定最佳除杂工艺。方法:以处方中有效成分马钱子碱、士的宁碱含量及总生物碱含量、干膏收率为指标,对乙醇沉淀法和高速离心法进行了除杂效果的比较。结果:高速离心法对有效成分含量有较好的保留率,并能明显降低干膏收率,确定优化的除杂工艺为:以转速10000 rpm离心10 min。结论:该工艺路线稳定、可行,适用于生产。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of two methods of removing impurities on the effect of removing impurities from aqueous solution of nine dispersions and to determine the best impurity removal process. Methods: According to the prescriptions, the contents of brucine, strychnine and total alkaloids in the prescriptions and the yield of dried ointment were used as indexes to compare the effect of impurity removal by ethanol precipitation and high-speed centrifugation. Results: High-speed centrifugation had a good retention rate of active ingredients and significantly reduced the yield of dried ointment. The optimized removal process was determined by centrifugation at 10,000 rpm for 10 min. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, suitable for production.
