当前我国正在热火朝天地进行着基础课程改革,课程实施成为了课程改革的一个重要组成部分,而课改的重中之重是对课程价值取向的讨论,课程价值取向主要有忠实价值取向、相互适应价值取向和创生价值取向。这三种价值取向体现了国家统治阶级对课程实施不同程度的控制方式,国家控制方式主要有外在控制和内在控制、强行控制和软性控制、显性控制和隐形控制。它们彼此之间存在着一定的关系,对这些关系的把握有利于我国课程改革的顺利进行。
