为加深对弓形虫病发病机理和病变特点的了解,用RH株、B36株和Fukaya株三种弓形虫株分别感染小鼠,用组织学和免疫组化方法对感染后各脏器病变进行系统观察,并着重对早期改变进行分析和比较。结果表明三种虫株引起的改变在病变程度和范围上有所不同,但无质的差异。病变程度可能与虫株在宿主内的繁殖能力有关。
In order to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis and pathological features of toxoplasmosis, mice were respectively infected with three Toxoplasma gondii strains of RH strain, B36 strain and Fukaya strain.
