园林工程是风景园林的核心课程,需要长期工程实践和阅历的积累才能掌握。目前,园林工程校企合作主要采用“订单式”培养、建立实训实习基地、“2+1”双师教学等模式,存在教学目标分歧、教学内容不深、效果评估体系陈旧等问题。本文提出专业认知、专项模块、轮岗体验、“准员工”实习等阶段,循序渐进的校企合作模式,具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。
